Twitter Says US Antitrust Waiting Period for Musk’s Acquisition Ended, Deal Now Subject to Closing Conditions

Twitter cleared on Friday that the US antitrust waiting period for Elon Musk's $44 billion acquisition of the social media giant had expired.
